Radware Announces Fourth Quarter Financial Results

Radware Ltd., headquartered in Tel Aviv, reported a net profit of $6 million for the fourth quarter, according to figures released on Wednesday.

The company’s earnings translated to 13 cents per share, while adjusted earnings—excluding certain one-time items—came in at 32 cents per share.

During this quarter, Radware, which specializes in network management software, generated $80.2 million in revenue.

For the full year, Radware achieved a total profit of $20.3 million, or 45 cents per share, with annual revenue reaching $301.9 million.
