Vertex, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter Financial Results
Vertex, Inc., headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, disclosed a net loss of $7 million for its fourth quarter, according to a report released on Wednesday.
The company indicated that this equated to a loss of 4 cents per share. When excluding certain one-time items, adjusted earnings came in at 17 cents per share.
These adjusted earnings were in line with the consensus forecast from Wall Street, as seven analysts polled by Zacks Investment Research also anticipated earnings of 17 cents per share.
Vertex generated $194.7 million in revenue during the quarter, surpassing the $194.2 million average estimate from five Zacks analysts.
For the full year, Vertex reported a net profit of $7.2 million, or 4 cents per share, with total revenue reaching $748.4 million.
Looking ahead, the company projects revenue for the current quarter, ending in March, to fall between $193.5 million and $196.5 million.
For the entire fiscal year, Vertex anticipates revenue in the range of $823.5 million to $831.5 million.
