A whale transferred 4.39 million UNI tokens before BlackRock announced its purchase of UNI

Foresight News reported, according to monitoring by Lookonchain, that shortly before BlackRock announced its plan to purchase an undisclosed amount of Uniswap UNI tokens, a dormant UNI whale wallet (address starting with 0x9c98) transferred 4.39 million UNI (worth approximately $14.75 million) to a new wallet (address starting with 0xf129).
