Boeing executive: Supply chain quality has improved significantly over the past two years

Glonghui, February 12th|Ihssane Mounir, Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Boeing, stated that over the past two years, the quality of Boeing's commercial aircraft supply chain has improved significantly. Compared to 2024, Boeing now spends 40% less time resolving supply chain issues. Since Boeing strengthened its quality control inspections of Spirit AeroSystems in 2024, the defect rate has dropped by 60%.
