Removed from Nvidia's HBM4 Supplier List? Micron Denies Rumors: Mass Production and Shipments Already Underway

Glonghui, February 12th|According to TheElec, there were previous rumors that Micron might be excluded from Nvidia's HBM4 supplier list. Mark Murphy, Micron's Chief Financial Officer, responded: "There have been some inaccurate reports regarding sixth-generation High Bandwidth Memory (HBM4), but Micron has already started mass production of HBM4." He emphasized that Micron has begun delivering HBM4 to customers and expects a significant increase in shipments in the first quarter.
