H100 Group AB completes acquisition of Swiss Bitcoin treasury company Future Holdings
Foresight News reported that Nordic Bitcoin treasury company H100 Group AB has announced the completion of its acquisition of Swiss Bitcoin treasury company Future Holdings, with the specific acquisition amount undisclosed. As part of the transaction, Richard Byworth, SYZCAP, and HUGESKY852 will serve as advisors to H100 and are expected to join the board of directors. This acquisition establishes H100's operational base in Switzerland.
