Ingersoll Rand Surpasses Q4 Earnings Expectations
Ingersoll Rand Inc., headquartered in Davidson, North Carolina, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter, reporting a net income of $266.1 million.
The company achieved earnings of $0.67 per share, with adjusted earnings—excluding certain one-time items—reaching $0.96 per share.
These adjusted earnings exceeded analysts’ projections, as the consensus among four analysts polled by Zacks Investment Research had anticipated $0.91 per share.
Quarterly revenue reached $2.09 billion, outpacing the $2.05 billion forecasted by the same group of analysts. Ingersoll Rand, known for its flow control and compression solutions, also reported annual revenue of $7.65 billion and a yearly profit of $581.4 million, or $1.45 per share.
Looking ahead, the company expects its full-year earnings to fall between $3.45 and $3.57 per share.
