Ethereum treasury company Republic Technologies announces $3 million private fundraising
ChainCatcher reported that Republic Technologies, a Canadian-listed Ethereum treasury company, announced a private placement of up to 14,087,000 special warrants at a price of $0.21 per warrant, raising a total of $3 million. The company previously disclosed an ETH holding of approximately 1,570.6 coins, with an average acquisition price of $2,700. The current market value of its holdings is about $3.2 million.
