Revenue for the quarter totaled $2.59 billion, also beating Wall Street forecasts. Analysts surveyed by Zacks had anticipated $2.58 billion in revenue.
Outlook for the Next Quarter and Full Year
- For the quarter ending in April, the company projects earnings per share between $0.78 and $0.80.
- Revenue for the upcoming fiscal third quarter is expected to fall between $2.94 billion and $2.95 billion.
- For the full fiscal year, Palo Alto Networks anticipates earnings per share in the range of $3.65 to $3.70, with total revenue projected between $11.28 billion and $11.31 billion.
