Universal Display Corp. Announces Fourth-Quarter Earnings

Universal Display Corp., headquartered in Ewing, New Jersey, revealed on Thursday that it achieved a net income of $66.3 million for the fourth quarter.

The company reported earnings of $1.39 per share, surpassing the consensus forecast of $1.28 per share from four analysts polled by Zacks Investment Research.

Despite outperforming profit expectations, Universal Display's revenue for the quarter reached $172.9 million, slightly below the $173.3 million anticipated by three Zacks analysts.

For the entire fiscal year, Universal Display recorded a total profit of $242.1 million, translating to $5.08 per share, with annual revenue amounting to $650.6 million.

Looking ahead, the company projects its revenue for the upcoming year to fall between $650 million and $700 million.
