Tharimmune officially rebrands as Canton Strategic and completes a $55 million financing deal
PANews, February 20—According to PRNewswire, Nasdaq-listed Canton treasury company Tharimmune has officially changed its name to Canton Strategic Holdings and updated its stock ticker to “CNTN,” making it the first US-listed company supported by the Canton Foundation. In addition, the company disclosed that the previously announced $55 million fundraising through a registered stock offering has been officially completed, aiming to further expand and develop its Canton Coin-centered digital asset fund management strategy.
