Oil States International Reports Fourth Quarter Results
Oil States International Inc., headquartered in Houston, announced on Friday that it recorded a net loss of $117.2 million for the fourth quarter.
The company reported a loss of $2.04 per share for the quarter. When excluding one-time expenses, adjusted earnings amounted to $0.13 per share.
During this period, the energy services provider generated $178.5 million in revenue.
Looking at the full year, Oil States International posted a total loss of $109.4 million, or $1.86 per share, with annual revenue reaching $669 million.
