Robinhood Ventures' first fund, RVI, to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange
Foresight News reported that Robinhood Ventures' first fund, Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI), will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Users can apply to subscribe for RVI's IPO shares through the Robinhood platform, with the expected issue price set at $25 per share. RVI is a closed-end fund designed to provide retail investors with a channel to invest collectively in multiple private companies, including Airwallex, Boom, Databricks, Mercor, Oura, Ramp, and Revolut, with more companies to be included in the future.
