Fluid community releases proposal to establish the Fluid Foundation
Foresight News reported that the DeFi protocol Fluid community has released a proposal to "Establish the Fluid Foundation." The proposal includes the establishment of the Fluid Foundation and the transfer of all intellectual property of the Fluid protocol to the foundation, placing it under DAO governance. The transfer of intellectual property and related legal work is expected to be completed by mid-2026. It also approves a monthly allocation of $250,000 from the DAO treasury to fund the foundation, supporting the protocol's daily operations, technology development, and business expansion.
