US-listed bitcoin mining company Abits Group raises $2.1 million through share placement
PANews, February 23 — According to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed bitcoin mining company Abits Group announced that it has reached a definitive agreement with institutional investors to raise $2.1 million by purchasing and selling common stock and prepaid warrants at a price of $2.65 per share. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and operations.
