Constellation Energy Q4 revenue up 13% year-on-year, beating expectations; acquisition of Calpine completed last month

Glonghui, February 24th|US power company Constellation Energy announced that its adjusted earnings per share for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $2.3, slightly below analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.31; revenue increased by 13% year-on-year to $6.07 billion, exceeding analysts’ expectations of $4.95 billion. The company completed its acquisition of Calpine Corporation on January 7, 2026, becoming the largest power producer in the United States. In addition, the company’s board of directors announced a quarterly dividend of $0.4265 per share.
