Brookfield acquires Ori Industries, betting on AI chip leasing business

Gelonghui, February 24th | According to Bloomberg, Brookfield Asset Management has acquired cloud computing company Ori Industries and will merge it into Radiant—a newly established company aimed at providing on-demand access to artificial intelligence chips. The statement did not disclose financial terms. Brookfield has previously invested in electric utilities and data centers and is now expanding its AI infrastructure holdings.
