Morgan Stanley: Nvidia's Q4 results are expected to be strong, with growth driven by the AI boom showing no signs of slowing down.
Morgan Stanley analyst Joseph Moore and his team expect Nvidia's fourth-quarter performance to be strong and are confident about the company's full-year results. Analysts stated that Nvidia's last quarter performance was very strong, with expected revenue growth of $3 billion and a quarter-on-quarter increase of $10 billion.
Analysts said the company's last quarter revenue exceeded expectations by nearly $3 billion, and they expect a quarter-on-quarter increase of $8 billion. Therefore, it currently appears that growth has not slowed down.
As a result, he believes there is an additional $2 billion or more upside in the $64 billion revenue forecast and added that the $72 billion revenue consensus forecast is relatively prudent.
