Circle Announces Q4 2025 and Full Year Results: Annual Revenue Reaches $2.7 Billion, Up 64%

The circulating supply of USDC reached $75.3 billion (as of the end of the period), a YoY increase of 72%;
USDC on-chain transaction volume hit $11.9 trillion, a YoY increase of 247%;
Total revenue and reserve income amounted to $770 million, a YoY increase of 77%.
For the fiscal year 2025, total revenue and reserve income were $2.7 billion, up 64%;
The fiscal year 2025 saw a continued operating net loss of $70 million, primarily impacted by $424 million in expenses related to the initial public offering (IPO) equity incentive, while the fiscal year 2024 had a net profit from continuing operations of $157 million;
Adjusted EBITDA for fiscal year 2025 was $582 million, up 104%.
Circle stated that it is building an economic operating system for the internet, enabling various emerging possibilities from frictionless cross-border payments to AI-driven intelligence.
