Renault signs agreement for full acquisition of Flexis shares; Volvo and CMA CGM to withdraw their stakes

Gelonghui, February 25th | Renault Group has signed a binding equity acquisition agreement with Volvo Group and CMA CGM Group. After completing antitrust approvals from the EU and relevant regions, Renault will acquire Volvo's 45% stake in Flexis SAS and CMA CGM's 10% stake in Flexis SAS, thereby achieving full ownership of the company. The agreement is expected to officially take effect in the first half of 2026.
