Pure Storage Surpasses Earnings Expectations in Fourth Quarter
Pure Storage Inc., headquartered in Santa Clara, California, announced a net profit of $100.3 million for its fiscal fourth quarter.
The company reported earnings of 29 cents per share, with adjusted earnings—excluding stock-based compensation and certain pretax costs—reaching 69 cents per share.
These results outperformed analysts’ predictions, as the consensus among 10 analysts polled by Zacks Investment Research was 65 cents per share.
Pure Storage also reported quarterly revenue of $1.06 billion, exceeding Wall Street’s forecast of $1.03 billion.
Looking ahead to the quarter ending in April, the company anticipates revenue between $990 million and $1.01 billion.
For the full fiscal year, Pure Storage projects revenue will fall within the range of $4.3 billion to $4.4 billion.
