Based in Pembroke, Bermuda, Fidelis Insurance Holdings Ltd. (FIHL) revealed on Wednesday that it achieved a net profit of $117.8 million for the fourth quarter.

The company reported earnings of $1.17 per share during this period. After excluding one-time items, adjusted earnings stood at $1.09 per share.

During the quarter, Fidelis generated $600.9 million in total revenue, with adjusted revenue amounting to $596.9 million.

For the full year, Fidelis recorded a net income of $225.5 million, translating to $2.11 per share. Annual revenue reached $2.48 billion.
