Guotou Silver LOF: Premium Risk Warning, Trading Halt from Market Open to 10:30 on March 2

The announcement from China Universal Asset Management states that the secondary market trading price of the A-class fund shares of its China Universal Silver Futures Securities Investment Fund (LOF) is significantly higher than the net asset value of the fund shares, resulting in a substantial premium. To protect investors' interests, the fund will be suspended from the market from the opening on March 2, 2026, until 10:30 (UTC+8) on the same day, and will resume trading at 10:30 (UTC+8). Redemption services will continue as usual during the suspension period.
