Trump Media & Technology Group considers spinning off Truth Social for separate listing
Foresight News reported, according to Cointelegraph, that Trump Media & Technology Group is in discussions with energy fusion startup TAE Technologies and Texas Ventures Acquisition III regarding a potential deal, with the latter possibly taking over Truth Social. Upon completion of the merger, Truth Social will be spun off into a newly listed company called SpinCo, which will then merge with Texas Ventures III. SpinCo shares will be distributed to Trump Media & Technology Group shareholders.
