EUR/USD Outlook for March 2026
EUR/USD Market Volatility in February
Throughout February, the Euro experienced significant fluctuations as investors attempted to anticipate the direction of both the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve. Much of the uncertainty stemmed from ongoing speculation about the future of US monetary policy and the strength of the dollar.
Looking ahead, it appears that developments in Washington, DC, will have a greater impact on this currency pair than events within Europe itself. Many analysts expect the Federal Reserve may lower interest rates twice before the end of the year, although the actual trajectory of US economic policy remains uncertain.
