Foresight News reports that, according to Reuters, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced on Monday that it has appointed former prosecutor David Miller as its Chief Enforcement Officer. As the agency prepares to strengthen its regulation of cryptocurrencies and prediction markets, David Miller will be responsible for leading the enforcement division. David Miller previously served as a federal prosecutor and has extensive legal experience in the crypto sector.
