Versant's annual revenue falls 5.3% in first results since Comcast spin-off
March 3 (Reuters) - Versant Media on Tuesday reported a fall in annual revenue in the first results since the completion of its spin-off from Comcast, creating a business dominated by legacy linear cable networks.
The company's board also authorized a share buyback program of up to $1 billion.
Total revenue in 2025 fell 5.3% to $6.69 billion.
