Abercrombie & Fitch Announces Strong Fourth-Quarter Results
Abercrombie & Fitch Co., headquartered in New Albany, Ohio, revealed on Wednesday that it achieved a net profit of $172.1 million for its fiscal fourth quarter.
The company reported earnings of $3.68 per share for the period.
These earnings surpassed the expectations of Wall Street analysts, who had anticipated an average of $3.56 per share, according to a survey by Zacks Investment Research.
The retailer, which specializes in apparel for teenagers, generated $1.67 billion in revenue during the quarter, aligning with analysts’ projections.
Looking ahead, Abercrombie & Fitch forecasts its full-year earnings to fall between $10.20 and $11 per share.
Since the start of the year, Abercrombie’s stock price has dropped by 21%. However, over the past twelve months, shares have risen by approximately 3%.
