Accenture acquires Speedtest parent company Ookla for $1.2 billion
ChainCatcher news, according to market sources, Ziff Davis has agreed to sell its Connectivity division to Accenture for $1.2 billions in cash. This division includes Ookla's Speedtest app, Downdetector, Ekahau, and RootMetrics.
