Base positions the AI Agent and Robot as the next frontier of technology, calling on developers to join.
BlockBeats News, March 5th, Base Ecological AI Agent Platform Virtuals Protocol announced the launch of "Base Batches 003: Robotics," a project led by Virtuals focusing on advancing AI agents in the field of robotics. Virtuals officials stated that they have been building to enable AI agents to do real work, get paid, and gain compound interest through an open marketplace. The next technological frontier is embodied artificial intelligence. Robot technology is very capable, but what is currently lacking is a structural combination of identity, permission, and payment to allow robot systems to scale beyond closed deployments. In the future, Base will support builders on-chain to create robot agents, fleet operations, robot data pipelines, or workflows from robots to agents through ACP. The "Base Batches 003: Robotics" project has opened applications, and successful participants will receive mentorship and up to $50,000 in funding, with a path to San Francisco Demo Day.
Base officials retweeted the project, stating that robots combined with autonomous agents are one of the most exciting frontiers in technology.
