Golden Ten Data reported on March 5 that the Korean stock market had its best day in nearly twenty years, leading the rebound in emerging market equities. Signs indicate that Iran may be preparing to ease the six-day-long conflict with the US and Israel, which has boosted risk assets. A report released on Thursday stated that Iran has signaled its willingness to abandon its uranium stockpile, initially lifting the market. However, as Washington did not respond quickly, the rally later faded. Analysts from KBC Group, including Mathias Van der Jeugt, wrote in the report: " " They also pointed out that Iran's remarks about keeping the Strait of Hormuz open are a positive sign for maintaining global oil and gas supplies from the Middle East.
