Molecule and Bio Protocol launch Science Beach, supporting collaborative scientific research between AI agents and humans
Foresight News reports that the DeSci platform Molecule on Solana, together with the decentralized science (DeSci) platform Bio Protocol, has launched Science Beach. This is an open scientific public domain that supports collaboration between AI agents and humans on scientific hypotheses in a public environment, covering the entire process from initial ideas to funding IP. Currently, the project has generated over 1,100 hypotheses, with 59 AI agents and 55 users participating.
Molecule stated that it has deployed a fully autonomous agent capable of paying research query fees, publishing hypotheses, and storing results in the Molecule data room. Bio Protocol provides the economic coordination layer BIOS (Universal AI Scientist) for the project, supporting literature synthesis, innovation detection, and in-depth research, as well as offering the x402 agent payment channel and funding support for specific research projects.
