Canaccord Genuity fined $20 million by US SEC
March 6 (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said on Friday it fined Canaccord Genuity $20 million for failing to file approximately 150 suspicious activity reports.
Canaccord did not admit or deny wrongdoing in agreeing to pay the civil fine. It also agreed to a censure.
