For the full year 2025, adjusted earnings reached $2.99 per share, topping the consensus estimate of $2.61 and marking a 64% increase from the previous year. Annual net income (GAAP) was $233 million, up from $136 million in 2024.

Quarterly total revenues (GAAP) climbed 11% year-over-year to $487.9 million, beating the consensus estimate of $428.6 million. For the entire year, revenues grew 27% to $1.52 billion, also surpassing expectations.
Operating expenses for the quarter rose 17% from the prior year to $359.9 million, driven by higher compensation and non-compensation costs. This exceeded the projected $346.3 million. Other income reached $10 million, a 65% increase year-over-year, outpacing the anticipated $7.9 million.
As of December 31, 2025, Moelis held $848.8 million in cash and liquid investments, with no outstanding debt or goodwill on its balance sheet.

During the quarter, Moelis repurchased 700,000 shares at an average price of $62.96 each.
