Foresight News reported that London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has placed 170,135 ordinary shares according to the terms of the subscription agreement. The total proceeds from the placement of the subscription shares amount to £62,793 (before expenses), which is approximately £0.37 per share. The company will receive about 98.25% of the funds as settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares not yet placed under the subscription agreement is 56,663,950 shares.
