Target price slashed to $315! Citi expects Adobe (ADBE.US) Q1 earnings to be "flat," market closely watches whether AI can provide a breakthrough
Show original
Analyst Tyler Radke noted in the report that Adobe's first quarter performance is expected to be "lackluster," and there is little room for an upward revision in the overall outlook for fiscal year 2026. Based on the general compression of valuation multiples in the software industry and concerns about Adobe's profitability, Citi has significantly lowered Adobe's target price from $387 to $315 and maintained a "neutral" rating.
