Honeywell Aerospace countdown to independence, plans to issue $16 billions investment-grade bonds

According to sources familiar with the matter, this bond issuance will be divided into up to nine tranches, with maturities ranging from two years to 40 years. The source further added that the initial price guidance for the longest-maturity bonds is set at up to 1.35 percentage points above the yield on comparable U.S. Treasury securities.
