Since late January, prices have started to rise, and as of now, the market quotation for the reducing agent is around 100,000 RMB/ton. The company has an annual production capacity of about 8,000 tons for the reducing agent. Production is adjusted according to market conditions, with most of it used internally to support the company's disperse dyes. The price of dye products is determined by market supply and demand as well as raw material prices and other factors. The company adopts a price-following strategy for its dye products, adjusting prices according to the market. Due to the recent rise in the price of the reducing agent, the price of the company's disperse black dye has also cumulatively increased by about 24,000 RMB/ton recently. As of now, the quotation for the company's disperse black dye is around 40,000 RMB/ton.
