Google completes $32 billion acquisition of cloud security company Wiz

Golden Ten Data reported on March 11 that Google (GOOG.O) has completed the $32 billion acquisition of the cloud and AI security platform Wiz. This final price is higher than the $23 billion offer made in 2024 and marks the largest acquisition in Google's history. The deal expands Google Cloud's security product portfolio by integrating Wiz's cloud security capabilities into Google Cloud's existing security tool system. Wiz's platform can connect to various cloud service providers, helping enterprises identify vulnerabilities and respond to security threats.
