U.S. average gasoline price rises to the highest level in more than 21 months

Golden Ten Data, March 11 - On March 11 local time, the latest data from the American Automobile Association showed that the average gasoline price in the United States rose to $3.58 per gallon, reaching the highest level in more than 21 months. The data indicates that over the past week, U.S. gasoline prices have increased by a total of 38 cents, and over the past month, they have risen by 64 cents, marking the largest weekly and monthly gains since March 2022. Currently, oil prices are up about 22% compared to a month ago. Meanwhile, diesel prices in the United States are rising even faster. The latest data shows that the average diesel price increased by 5 cents to $4.89 per gallon, with a cumulative rise of 79 cents over the past week.
