Singapore-based stablecoin cross-border payment and fund management service provider MetaComp announced the completion of its Pre-A+ round of financing, led by Alibaba, Spark Venture, and other investors, with existing shareholders also participating. 100Summit Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor. After this round, MetaComp has raised a total of $35 million in three months. The new funds will be used to accelerate the expansion of the StableX network in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, and to develop the Agent-Skills-MCP architecture for artificial intelligence strategy, supporting agent-based Web 2.5 payment and wealth management services.
