Sky governance proposal passed, daily buyback amount reduced to 37,600 USDS

Foresight News reports that the governance vote Poll ID 1620 for the Sky protocol (formerly MakerDAO) has been approved, with the "Yes" option receiving support from 6,902,312,647 SKY tokens. According to the proposal, the protocol income quota used for SKY buybacks will be reduced from 300,000 USDS per day to 37,600 USDS per day.

In addition, the proposal includes several Atlas Edit items: removing JAAA from the direct risk exposure list of Sky; adding Afghanistan, Belarus, Myanmar, Russia, and Venezuela to the comprehensive IP block list; updating the RRC dashboard reference link and removing related API references; correcting the description of Solana LayerZero frozen multisig signers and updating parameters related to the Safe Harbor protocol.
