Intel appoints Barratt as the next chairman, succeeding Frank Yeary格隆汇 March 4|Intel has appointed Craig H. Barratt as its next chairman. Intel stated in a release on Tuesday that Barratt will succeed Frank Yeary as chairman after the annual shareholders meeting on May 13. Yeary, a former investment banker, joined Intel's board in 2009 and has served as chairman since 2023. Craig Barratt Barratt previously led Atheros Communications, which was acquired by Qualcomm, and held key positions at Google under Alphabet Inc. He also served as CEO of the startup Barefoot Networks, which was acquired by Intel in 2019. He joined Intel's board last year.
