To better listen to our community and continuously improve our products, Bitget is officially launching the
Bitget Community Product Officer Program.
Whether you are sharing product feedback, feature suggestions, trading strategies, use cases, or bug reports, every voice from the community can help shape the future of Bitget products. We invite all users who are passionate about products, innovation, and community building to join the program and co-create a better product experience together with Bitget.

Who Can Participate?
All Bitget users are welcome to participate.
We especially encourage users who:

Actively use Bitget products and services;

Care about product experience and feature improvements;

Are willing to share product feedback, suggestions, and bug reports;

Have unique insights into trading strategies, AI tools, Stocks, CFD, or other Bitget products.

Cash rewards are designed to encourage users to submit high-quality product feedback, feature suggestions, experience reports, and strategy-sharing content.

Sharing Rewards
After submitting a Product Experience Report, users can click the
"Share" button next to the
"Join Now" button on the campaign page to download their exclusive sharing card and post it on X (Twitter).
To qualify, posts must include the official campaign hashtag
#BitgetCommunityProductOfficer and invite more users to join the Bitget Community Product Officer Program.
Eligible participants who complete the sharing requirements will have the opportunity to receive random cash airdrop rewards.
Users may also share their exclusive referral code to invite more community members to participate in product co-creation, helping more valuable ideas and feedback reach the Bitget product team.
Selection Criteria
All submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Product Value – Whether feedback helps improve the product or user experience.

Authenticity – Whether the content is based on real product usage and genuine experience.

Clarity – Whether the feedback is clear, complete, and easy to understand.

Actionability – Whether the suggestion provides practical implementation value.

Innovation – Whether it introduces new ideas, use cases, or product concepts.

Community Contribution – Whether it provides value and insights to other users.
High-quality submissions will be prioritized for product review and may be considered for future product improvements, beta testing programs, and co-creation initiatives.
Campaign Rules

All submissions must be based on genuine product experience.

Plagiarism, duplicate content, false feedback, or malicious submissions are strictly prohibited.

Duplicate submissions of the same content will only be counted once.

Outstanding feedback may be included in the product evaluation pool and considered for future optimization discussions.

Bitget reserves the final right of interpretation regarding the campaign, rewards, and participation rules.
