GetAgent Playbook Launches: What Is Playbook?

2026-06-17 03:0201739
Bitget GetAgent has officially launched Playbook, marking an important upgrade as GetAgent evolves from an AI-powered trading Q&A assistant into an AI strategy entry point.

In simple terms, Playbook is a pre-structured trading “execution script.” It breaks down a trading idea into a clearer framework in advance: what market conditions it is designed for, what signals it monitors, when it should be triggered, how risk is managed, and under what conditions it should stop.

In the past, when users wanted to use AI for trading assistance, they had to describe their trading ideas themselves, add entry conditions, exit conditions, stop-loss rules, position sizing, and suitable market scenarios, then revise the prompt repeatedly before getting a relatively complete strategy framework.

For example, if a user wants to capture a potential Bitcoin breakout trend, they first need to think through several questions: What breakout level should be considered valid? Does the breakout need to be confirmed by trading volume? How should the stop-loss be set after entry? What if it turns out to be a false breakout? Should the position be closed if the market suddenly reverses? If users have to organize all of these conditions on the spot by themselves, the barrier can be quite high. With Playbook, these conditions are placed into a more complete strategy structure, allowing users to see more clearly how the strategy is designed to work.

The first benefit of Playbook is that it lowers the barrier to understanding. Users do not need to start from a blank prompt, nor do they need to design a complete strategy from scratch. Instead, they can first review existing strategy logic. It is more like giving users a trading guide first, helping them understand what problem the strategy is designed to solve and what kind of market environment it is suitable for.

The second benefit is that it reduces the need to repeatedly “train” or correct AI. Many AI tools can answer questions, but users often have to keep adding follow-up instructions: “That’s not what I meant,” “Add a stop-loss,” “Consider position sizing,” or “Can this condition actually be executed?” Playbook structures strategy logic, trigger conditions, and risk parameters in advance, so users are not just reading a generic analysis, but reviewing a strategy framework that is closer to an actual trading process.

The third benefit is that it makes trading ideas easier to turn into strategies. Many users already have trading ideas, such as trading trend breakouts, capturing mean reversion in ranging markets, monitoring abnormal market movements, or tracking signals for specific asset categories. In the past, these ideas might have remained only in the user’s mind and been difficult to turn into complete rules. The value of Playbook is that it helps break these ideas down into clearer conditions and processes.

Of course, Playbook is not a guaranteed-profit tool or an automatic money-making button. Every strategy has market environments where it may or may not be suitable, and past strategy performance does not represent future results. Its real value is not in promising returns, but in helping users better understand strategies, choose strategies, and manage risk.
