STRC (Strategy Variable Rate Perpetual Preferred Stock)

STRC is the Variable Rate Series A Perpetual "Stretch" Preferred Stock issued by Strategy Inc. (Nasdaq: MSTR, formerly MicroStrategy) in July 2025. It is listed and traded on Nasdaq under the ticker STRC.

Special Note (STRC Dividend Handling):

STRC is a preferred stock that pays dividends on a semi-monthly basis (with record dates on the 15th and last day of each month). Unlike corporate actions such as stock splits, Bitget will not apply any cash credit/deduction or position adjustment for STRC dividends. Any decline in the mark price on ex-dividend dates due to dividend distributions will be naturally reflected through the market (mark price and funding rate), and any resulting profit or loss shall be borne by the user. As STRC pays dividends frequently, please pay close attention to price volatility risks around each ex-dividend date.
