Citi: Bank of Japan meeting outcome is "ideal" for Japanese stock marketGolden Ten Data, June 16 – Citi Research strategists stated that the outcome of the Bank of Japan meeting was "ideal" for the Japanese stock market. "The Bank of Japan decided to raise its policy interest rate from 0.75% to 1.0% and will stop reducing its long-term Japanese government bond purchases from April 2027." The strategists pointed out that this decision "maintains an accommodative monetary policy while curbing sharp fluctuations in exchange rates and long-term interest rates." Citi expects Japanese corporate earnings to maintain an average annual growth of about 10%. The strategists added that this will "benefit from strong price pass-through effects, boosting profit margins, as well as economic support provided by government and Bank of Japan policies."

Serenity: The view that Micron could be the "next Nvidia" is being validatedBlockBeats news, on June 16, "White-haired Stock God" Serenity posted on social media stating that the previous prediction that Micron Technology ($MU) "could be the next NVIDIA" is coming true, and mentioned that the company’s market capitalization has now risen to about $1.23 trillion. This account recalled that since 2025, it started to pay attention to certain exchanges and other leading storage chip companies, and in January this year further increased allocation to the storage chip theme, including a layout of related assets involving certain exchanges. Serenity noted that the overall performance of the "memory (storage chip)" theme judgment has been good, and pointed out that the rise in Micron and the storage cycle logic is being gradually validated. At the same time, it was also mentioned that a multi-long strategy on certain exchanges has also recorded significant gains.
