Strong AI server demand drives Foxconn's record revenue growth despite exchange rate fluctuationsGolden Ten Data reported on March 5 that Foxconn's revenue in the first two months of 2026 grew by 21.6%, highlighting the strong demand for Nvidia (NVDA.O) servers, which are the core equipment for global artificial intelligence development. During this period, sales climbed to a record 1.33 trillion New Taiwan dollars (approximately $41.9 billions). Analysts on average expect a 28% increase in the first quarter of 2026. On a monthly basis, revenue in February grew by only 8%, but this was partly due to the Lunar New Year holiday falling in February this year, whereas in 2025 it was in January. Shipments of AI racks or servers continued to increase this quarter. Foxconn stated that it expects first-quarter performance to meet market expectations. By assembling servers equipped with Nvidia accelerators, Foxconn has established its key position in the AI hardware sector.
