Cboe Submits Accelerated Approval Request to SEC for Fidelity, VanEck, ARK 21Shares, and Franklin Templeton Bitcoin Spot ETFs
According to Bitcoin Magazine, Cboe has submitted an accelerated approval request to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for Bitcoin spot ETFs offered by Fidelity, VanEck, ARK 21Shares, and Franklin Templeton. Cboe has already approved these ETFs for listing on the Cboe BZX Exchange, pending SEC approval.
