Stacks main testnet resumes operation, core developers advance Nakamoto upgrade

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Stacks announced that the Primary Testnet has resumed operation as core developers work hard to advance the Nakamoto upgrade. Progress is being made in completing the new code required for activation.
